At Royal Nature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

b. Certain products may be exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods or items that are intimate or sanitary goods.

2. Initiation of Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at royalnatureandco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping

a. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

b. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
